Advent Calendar
(I went to Mike’s house and they had a holiday decoration up that was four candles, and he said it was for Advent. Apparently you “light” one of the candles each week for the four weeks before Christmas? Or something like that. I never knew about this. But that makes a whole lot of sense for the concept of Advent calendars.)
So I was thinking a Godiva Advent calendar would be kind of interesting. Every day you would have a different chocolate. And if they could do a slight discount on the candies, then it would encourage people to buy them, and you would be able to try a lot of different kinds of truffles and other Godiva chocolates. If they were clever about it, it would be a mix of the seasonal/new truffles and the tried and true, original ones they have at all the boutiques. Then, if you discovered one that you really like, you could go back any time of the year and buy one.
What do you think..?

My mom sometimes would get me a Trader Joe’s Advent calendar, but I always thought it was kind of boring that the chocolate was the same each day, so I usually ended up not eating them. You have an excellent solution to that problem as well as a great marketing idea.
I support anything that results in discounts on tasty chocolates.
omg that’d be awesome. same for see’s!
do you miss see’s candy?
